LEAK REPAIR BY FULL ENCIRCLEMENT PRESSURE CONTAINING SLEEVE (FEPCS) ON 36″ T2 NLNG PIPELINE @ ELIBRADA

The Leak Repair consists of the following activity scope:

Mobilize materials, equipment and personnel to site.
Excavate to expose illegal connection
Prepare ditch for work
De-coat around leak point
Carry out preliminary NDT (UT & MPI)
Drill, tap and plug leak point
Fit up Split-Sleeve
Preheat Split-Sleeve
Weld both longitudinal sections of Split-Sleeve
Weld buttering layers (each side on different days)
Carry out MPI on completed buttering layers
Weld both circumferential sections (each side on different days)
Carry out NDT
Re-coat Split-Sleeve with shrinkable structure
Holiday detection
Backfill ditch
Restore site
Demobilize equipment and personnel
